By booking a walking tour with Out Walks London, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

01 Services

Out Walks London provides guided walking tours of London. Each tour description, duration, and meeting point are provided on the website.

 

02 Bookings and payment

• All tours must be booked in advance through our website.

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

• A booking is confirmed once payment is received and confirmation is emailed to you.

 

03 Cancellations and refunds

• If you give Out Walks London a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation of a booking, you will receive a full refund.

• No refund will be given for a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, or if you fail to come to the tour.

• If Out Walks London needs to cancel your tour for any reason, you will receive a full refund or be given the opportunity to book on to an alternative date.

 

04 Guest responsibilities

• Guests must arrive at the designated meeting point on time.

• Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings during the tour.

• Out Walks London reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone whose behaviour is disruptive or unsafe.

 

05 Liability

• Tours are conducted with reasonable care and skill.

• Out Walks London is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property during the tour unless caused by our negligence.

 

06 Intellectual property

All content on the Out Walks London website (text, photos, logos) is owned by Out Walks London and may not be reproduced without permission.

 

07 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

 

08 Changes

Out Walks London may update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the new date.
